Kenyans for Change's Guide to Citizen Action

Each January thru June, Kenyans for Change will offer internships in Nairobi, Kenya to students from across the country.  Interns will work closely with national staff on grassroots organizing efforts, research and writing of policy papers and investigative studies, outreach to members of Parliament and their staffs, e-advocacy, and fundraising.

Through training and daily work experience, interns will gain a deep understanding of the workings the Executive Branch, Legislative Branch and the Judiciary arms of Government and grassroots lobbying.  Weekly briefings with key Kenyans for Change staff will keep interns up-to-date on our highest priority campaigns and the strategies we are pursuing.

We aim to establish the best internship program in the county.
